Yana Lechtman, PsyD—

A bit about my story...

Using an integrative approach, I work primarily from a relational and insight-oriented perspective, while incorporating DBT skills of mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance, along with other creative and practical tools. I understand and value individual differences in the way of perceiving and approaching life, and I am committed to foster a collaborative process tailored to fit your personal preferences

Together we will dive deep and engage in a playful, courageous, and meaningful exploration of all your experiences, and all parts of yourself.  We will sort through, and make sense, of any challenges or roadblocks that might hold you back from feeling completely authentic or fulfilled; and work to embody the changes you want to see in yourself, in all areas of life.
